Ron's Automotive

I have been bringing my car to Rons Automotive for a few years now and I can say they are honestly the best! They are professional, they take good care of you and they are pretty fast with getting you in and out. They also have the sweetest lady, Stacy that takes all the phone calls! They’ve never let me down. I definitely recommend coming here!

Took my 2014 Lexus IS to Ron’s today for an alignment and they did a fantastic work. My car comes from factory a low to the ground and I lowered it myself from like 1 to 1.5 inch. I been to over 30+ shops all over south and north Dallas and none of the shops agreed to do it and just voided me coz of the fact the car is low and their sensor getting damaged coz it clamps onto tire, all this before even giving it a try, just by pure assumption. Rons had the exact same equipment as all these shops that rejected me had and they still took me in gave it a try and did the full alignment. Getting the car on ramp was a light hassle but it was nothing 2/3 wooden planks could solve and the car was easily on lift. The sensors clamped in onto the tires perfectly too and had no issues whereas other shops mentioned that my cars fender will damage their sensors. Rons didn’t overcharge me coz of the fact my car is lowered too and gave me the standard pricing. And this price was way low compared to all the prices I heard in many other shops. Thank you y’all for doing this. Will be visiting here soon next time when I get new tires again!

I’m freezing everyday and I’m happy! Ron’s Automotive fixed the air conditioning in my 2020 VW Jetta and was very fairly priced and turn around time was great! Stacy at the front desk was very nice and professional and she had a cute puppy with her in office (another reason to go here) over all I will highly recommend Ron’s Automotive! 🌟

A good barber, an attentive family doctor, a competent handyman are all people that require trust. When you find those you can trust, you in return reward that with loyalty. In a location as big as the DFW metro area finding a mechanic you can trust is almost an impossible task, but I recently had the opportunity to have a vehicle worked on at Ron’s Automotive where I experienced a level of service and quality of work that has earned not only my trust but my loyalty moving forward. Chase and his office staff were informative throughout the process and were quick to let me know that one of my concerns did not require attention instead of blindly doing work that wasn’t needed. The speed at which the repairs were done and the quality of work was outstanding. If you are looking for a good repair shop you can trust, look no further than Ron’s Automotive. Thanks again for a great experience.

My experience at Ron's Automotive was excellent. I was told when to have my truck there, it was diagnosed and repaired very quickly! The price was very fair and the work was great along with the time frame of the repair. Can't thank them enough!
